Shipping policy

All Erra pieces are made to order with care & intention.

Please allow a production period of 1–2 weeks from the time your order is placed, unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

U.S. Shipping Only (for now)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which delivers in 3-6 business days after dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package is in the hands of the carrier (typically USPS). While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your tracking number shows no updates or your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Double-check that the shipping address you entered is correct.
  2. Check around your property or with neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby.

  3. Wait 24–48 hours, as USPS may mark packages as delivered slightly early.

If the package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at hello@erraworld.com and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please note that Erra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’re happy to help guide you through the next steps with USPS.
